“Dr. Cara,” as her patients often call her, founded Therapeutic Health in 2015 to get her patients results and answers by addressing the underlying causes of disease and promoting optimal wellness.

She conducts comprehensive diagnostics which examine deficiencies, intolerances, imbalances, and infections alongside genetics.

Her reputation and pedigree have been hard earned. With over 14 years of functional medicine and chiropractic experience, she is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the National University of Health Sciences with a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine Degree, an Institute for Functional Medicine Practitioner, a Certified NeuroEmotional Technique Practitioner, a certified acupuncturist, and is a diplomate with the American Board of Chiropractic Internists & Clinical Nutritionists.

Additionally, Dr. Hartman holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the National University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Illinois Wesleyan University. She resides in Clarendon Hills, IL with her family. She enjoys running and spending time with her husband, two children, and soft-coat wheaten terrier.
