Pam is a experienced licensed massage therapist with a firm touch that is the perfect balance of relaxation and corrective modalities. She is an expert in clinical massage which includes deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and sport stretches. She has also completed additional certifications in lymphatic drainage massage and craniosacral massage.Common clients include athletes and those with chronic stress and illnesses of all ages.

Kris is a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience. He specializes in theraputic deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and orthopedic massage. He has a deep understanding of anatomy which allows him to pinpoint the root cause of pain and address the problem. Kris is focused on restoring and maintaining functional movement so you can live life pain free.
